What is Ringostat?
Ringostat is a phone calls management tool that offers a range of features to help automate and optimize sales and customer service processes. The main features and benefits of integrating Ringostat with Livespace include:
Call Tracking and Analysis: Ringostat records all phone calls, allowing you to analyze data such as call duration, number of calls, contact frequency with a particular client, etc. This gives you complete insight into the effectiveness of your phone-based activities.
Call Recording: system enables call recording, which is useful for monitoring customer service quality, training purposes, and verifying conversation details.
How to Connect Ringostat with Livespace?
If you have a Ringostat account, you can integrate it with Livespace to register phone calls in the CRM system.
The integration is configured on the Ringostat side. Contact Ringostat customer support to complete this process.
You will need to provide access credentials for the API of your Livespace instance. Keep in mind that these are sensitive details, so ensure they are shared securely.
To properly integrate both tools, you will need:
The name of your Livespace instance: xxx.livespace.io
Your API Key and API Secret
You can find your API Key and API Secret in Account Settings -> API.
After activating the integration, you will also need to install:

How does integration with Ringostat work?
Calling and receiving calls
Integration allows you to make calls directly from Livespace- just click the customer's phone number in Livespace, or enter it directly in the Ringostat Smart Phone application.
For incoming calls, if the phone number has been previously assigned to a contact in Livespace, you will automatically see the caller's name.
The integration includes intelligent call forwarding, which means that if a contact in the CRM has an assigned account manager, the call is routed directly to that manager.
During the call, if the number exists in CRM, a button appears that leads directly to the customer's board in Livespace.
Tracking incoming and outgoing calls
If the contact exists in Livespace, the call will automatically be saved on their board in CRM.
You will see information on the call's direction and status, its date, and duration.
If the phone number does not yet exist in Livespace, a new contact and deal will be automatically added to the CRM, marked with a tag.
It is also possible to send UTM tags to Livespace if the appropriate additional fields have been created on the contact form.
Recording calls
You can listen to the recording directly in Livespace. The Listen to recording button takes you to a page where you can find the recording of the entire conversation.
Adding a task for a missed call
The Ringostat Smart Phone application displays a list of missed calls. Additionally, Livespace will automatically create a task with the contact from whom we did not answer the call.
Generating notes using AI
After a conversation lasting longer than 30 seconds, the AI will generate a note that will be saved on the customer's card in Livespace. The note contains:
