Connecting your e-mail inbox to Livespace allows you to collect customer correspondence and send messages directly from your CRM. Synchronized messages will be assigned to relevant contacts and sales opportunities.

Connecting a Gmail account

You can connect your Gmail account to Livespace in two ways:

  1. Using the Sign in with Google button

  • Go to Profile Settings > E-mail accounts, then click Sign in with Google

  • From the list of accounts, select the one you want to connect to Livespace.

  • Allow the app to access your Google account and you're done!


Important !

If you are trying to add a Gmail account and get a message that it failed to connect to your account with the data you entered, even though you entered it correctly, try the following steps.

Enabling access for applications identified as less secure

Enabling two-step verification.

  • Go to Manage your Google Account.

  • Select 2-Step Verification in the Security section.

  • Go through the verification process and set up the phone number to which the authorization codes will be sent.

Important

In the case of using the GSuite package, the ability to enable two-step verification is blocked by default. The account administrator must grant permission to enable it. To do this, the GSuite account administrator should log in to the panel at https://admin.google.com, then go to the Security section > Basic settings > Two-step verification. There, select the option Allow users to enable two-step verification. A more detailed discussion of two-step verification for Google Apps packages can be found in Google Help.
