The closed Deals statistics only apply to Deals that have a Win, Lost, or Inactive status, and only for Closed ones. It helps analyze historical activities and draw conclusions from previous work.

To view open Deals statistics, go to the Statistics tab and select Close Deals from the list on the left.

In the tab you will find four basic methods for dividing completed sales opportunities, including:

  • Reason for closing – shows the distribution of reasons for closing Deals. It can serve as a guide to identifying strengths and weaknesses in the sales process.

  • Product – an image of how completed Deals are distributed among individual products.

  • Owner – an image of how completed sales opportunities are distributed among individual team members.

  • Source – a list of sources from which completed sales opportunities were obtained.

You can swap views by clicking the headers above the chart.

Filters

At the top of the view, above the chart, you will find many options to filter your results. You can filter them by:

  • Users: individual users and specific teams.

  • Date: divided into predefined time ranges (with the option to set custom ones), as well as divided by the date of addition and the closing date of the sales opportunity.

Saved list filters : a set of filters previously created by you on contacts or deals lists.

It's worth to know:

  • The tab only applies to completed Deals, so if you add a new Deal and it is currently Open, it will not be included here.

  • The time frame used to filter the data is the closing date of the Deal. It is not related to the scheduled product dates in this Deal. More precisely, it is the date of the last status change. So if you close an opportunity, then open it again and close it again, the last remembered date of the status change will be important for the statistics.

  • Access to other users statistics depends on your permission level.
