Contact statistics are used to assess the situation related to the people and companies added in Livespace CRM. They allow you to quickly find out the source of your contacts, which groups they belong to, and how many contacts are managed by a specific salesperson in your company.

In this article, we covered:

Viewing contact statistics

To view contact statistics in Livespace CRM:

  1. Go to the Statistics tab -> Contacts.

In the tab, you will find three basic methods for categorizing open sales, including the following categories:

  • Source - distribution of all sources of your contacts

  • Group - summary of the groups to which the contacts belong

  • Owner - view of how contacts are distributed among individual team members.

You can change the views by clicking on the headers above the chart.

Below the chart, you will find summaries.

Filtering contact statistics in CRM

You can quickly narrow down the data on the chart by specifying who it should apply to, the time period it should cover, selecting the source of acquisition, or choosing a group. You also have the option to narrow down the data using saved list filters.

By default, contact statistics apply to the entire company and display all data from the beginning of using Livespace. You can easily narrow the statistics to a specific team or person, as well as to a specific time period in which the contacts were created.

Presentation of data in table format

If you are interested in a detailed data summary, use the table view. You can switch to this view by clicking the table icon in the top right corner.

The table view allows you to examine the values presented on the chart in detail. You can filter the data in this view in a manner similar to the chart view.

Additionally, from the statistics view in table format, you can save the appropriately filtered data to an Excel file by clicking the "Download XLS" link.

Good to know:

  • Access to other people's statistics depends on your permission level. If you do not have manager or administrator privileges, you will only see the statistics for your own contacts.

  • If you do not see data on the chart, make sure that you have elements in the system that could be displayed on the chart (such as contact groups).
