Sales in your company open the way to longer relationships with customers? Livespace integration with Zapier will easily automate the process of adding a new sales opportunity with another process!
How does the internal integration of Livespace via Zapier work?
You win in Livespace a deal that has process A assigned.
Zapier automatically adds in Livespace a new deal with process B assigned.
Zapier setup:
Step 1 – Trigger
Log in to your Zapier account and press Create -> Zaps.
Select the app that will trigger the action. Find Livespace in the list of apps.
Select Change in Deal Status option.
Connect Zapier to your Livespace account. Select Sign in to Livespace.
5. In the new window, enter your Livespace data (you can find them in your Livespace account, in the Account Settings > API > Users tab):
Account name, for example abc.livespace.io
Selected user’s API key and API secret.
At this stage, win a test chance in Livespace for Zapier to download sample data for further configuration. To do this, press Test trigger.
If you have more than one winning chance, select the one whose data you want to use when creating the last step and confirm with the Continue with selected record button.
Step 2 – Filter
Select the Filter by Zapier step from the list on the left, which will allow you to specify that only after winning a deal with sales process A, a deal with process B should appear in Livespace.
2. Set up the conditions so only deals with the status Won and with process A can meet them. For example, this could be Status contains Win and Process Name contains Sales Process A.
3. Then click Continue. This will test the filters you have set.
Step 3 – Action
Go to the next step – action. Select Livespace from the list of applications.
Set Create Deal as action that should take place.
During the setup of Step 1, your Livespace account was already connected, so select it and proceed by pressing Continue.
Enter a name for the new deal and select what data from the won deal should appear in it, for example, the company name.
At this point, also select Company ID in the Company field. This will ensure that the opportunity is assigned to the same company.
6. Add a process with which a new deal will be created. To do this, in the Sales process ID field, enter the API address of sales process B (you can find it in Account Settings -> API -> Deals -> Process “ Process B” -> Process ID).
The zap is created. Finally, test and run it. Done!
Your Livespace account will now create a deal in process B any time someone wins a deal in process A.
