Would you like every contact added in Livespace to be available in your Outlook? Connect it with Livespace using the Zapier app to access your contacts on any device where you use Outlook.

How Does the Livespace Integration with Outlook Work?

Step 1 – Trigger

Log in to your Zapier account and press Create Zap.

  1. Choose the app that will trigger the action, called the Trigger. Find Livespace on the list of apps.

  2. Select the New Person option and confirm by pressing Continue.

In the new window, enter the data from Livespace (you can find it in your Livespace account under Account Settings > API > Users):

    1. Account name, for example: abc.livespace.io

API key and API secret of the selected user.

At this stage, Zapier will propose a test connection with Livespace. You need to add a test contact in Livespace, and in Zapier, select Test trigger.

Step 2 – Action

  1. Proceed to configure the next step – the action. Select the Microsoft Outlook app.

  2. Set the action to be creating a new contact, i.e., Create Contact, and then press Continue.

    3. Log in to Microsoft Outlook by pressing Sign in to Microsoft Outlook.

4. After logging in, select Continue and proceed to configure the connection with Outlook in the Action section.
Define which data from Livespace should populate which fields in Outlook. The basic setup would be assigning the contact’s first name to the First name field and the last name to the Last name field. Assign the contact’s email to the Email field and the phone number to Business Phones.

5. In the following rows, you will find many other fields that can be filled in Outlook using data from Livespace – however, you can skip these as well. In that case, the new contact in Outlook will only have the first name, last name, email address, and phone number imported from Livespace.

6. After assigning all necessary elements, scroll to the bottom of the page and choose Continue. At this stage, you should also test the Zap’s functionality – click Test & Continue, and then activate the Zap.
