Do your clients use Calendly to choose a convenient date for presentation of the product and book a meeting with you? Connect Calendly to Livespace by using Zapier application, so that when you book a meeting, you can create a deal in Livespace that includes the date of the meeting.
How does the Livespace integration with Calendly work?
You book a meeting in Calendly.
Zapier automatically adds a new person and a deal to Livespace.
Zapier configuration:
Step 1 – Trigger
Log in to your Zapier account and press Create.
Select the application that will trigger the action, Trigger App. Find Calendly in the list of applications.
Choose Invitee created and confirm the choice by Continue.
4. Connect Zapier to your Calendly account. Press Sign in to Calendly.
5. Schedule a meeting in Calendly so that Zapier can test the connection and retrieve the appropriate data.
6. Test your connection.
7. After completing the test, you will see the previously added meeting. Select Continue with selected record.
Step 2 – Action
Choose Livespace from the list of applications.
Select the Create Person action.
3. Connect Zapier to your Livespace account. Select Sign in to Livespace.
4. In the new window, enter your Livespace data (you can find them in your Livespace account, in the Account Settings > API > Users tab):
Account name, for example abc.livespace.io.
API key and API secret of the selected user.
5. Confirm with Yes, Continue to Livespace.
6. In the next step, specify the person's data that will be transferred to Livespace.
Step 3 – Action
Go to the next step configuration – select Action and choose Livespace.
Set the action to add a new deal, Create Deal.
Log in to your Livespace account.
Select your Livespace account in Zapier and click Continue.
2. Select the data that will appear in the deal.
Name your Zap and run it. Done!
After booking a meeting, a new deal will appear in your Livespace account.
