This article is about the new version of sales activity analysis. You can find an article about the previous version here.
In this article, we described:
Assumptions of the new analysis
Based on this summary, you can quickly analyze which steps of the sales process are actually performed and how they affect the conversion to the next stage of the sales process.
As part of your overall activity analytics view, you can see:
The weight of a given action on the probability of winning a deal and a possible suggestion to change the weight to a different one.
Information on what percentage of deals the action was completed.
The impact of performing a given action on the conversion to the next stage.
Detailed performance analysis
Activity analysis is extensive statistics about a specific activity in a process. By going into the details of the operation, you will check:
How many deals are at the stage where the analyzed activity is located.
Information on how many deals the action was performed or not performed.
How many (and what percentage) deals were lost at this stage in both cases.
What is the conversion to the next step when the action has not been performed and has been performed.
