How to authorize your Outlook e-mail account?

Due to the new solution, we are implementing in the area of Livespace integration with e-mail accounts, it is necessary to authorize your e-mail account connected to Livespace. In this article, you will learn how to do it.

How to authorize an Outlook e-mail account as a user?

  1. Go to Profile Settings to the E-mail Accounts section. If your Outlook account connected to Livespace requires authorization, a yellow triangle icon will be displayed next to it on the left.

If you do not have permission to manage your mailbox in Livespace, please contact your account administrator.

2. Click the Authorize button on the right.

3. Select an email account that requires authorization- it is necessary to log in to the account.

4. Then accept the permissions required by the application.

5. Wait for the first account sync to complete.

6. After successfully authorizing your email account, the yellow triangle icon will disappear from the list.

How to authorize an Outlook e-mail account for other Livespace users as an administrator?

  1. Go to Account Settings to the E-mail Accounts section. If any Outlook account connected to Livespace requires authorization, a yellow triangle icon will be displayed next to it on the left.

2. Click the Authorize button on the right.

3. Select an email account that requires authorization- it is necessary to log in to the account.

4. Then accept the permissions required by the application.

5. Wait for the first account sync to complete.

6. After successfully authorizing your email account, the yellow triangle icon will disappear from the list.
