Are you using GetResponse for Marketing Automation?

You can use the Livespace integration with Make to automatically transfer contacts from Livespace to GetResponse.

In the first step, log into Make and click Create a new scenario.

Here you can configure the integration.

In the first step, search for Livespace CRM and then select Watch Created Persons in the list of options.

You will see a window where you can set how many people created in Livespace are to be forwarded in one cycle (normally triggered every 15 minutes).

In the example below, the limit is set to 100 people per cycle. If you are operating on a larger number of created contacts, set the limit correspondingly higher.

Then add another module using the β€˜+’.

In the list of available applications, search for GetResponse and click.

Select Create a Contact.

Press the Create a connection button to create the GetResponse integration with Make.

At this stage, you can enter a name for the integration (optional). Click Save to proceed.

You will see the GetResponse login window. Log in and, in the next step, authorize the Make and GetResponse integration.

Select to which list in GetResponse the contacts transferred from Livespace are to go and what information is to be sent.

In the example below:

  • the Newsletter EDU list has been selected,

  • the Email field is assigned to the contact's email,

  • the Name field will contain the first and last name of the Livespace contact (remember about space between the data).

Once you have set up the automation, you can test it by clicking on the Run once button or run it permanently.

Done!
