Do you use Woodpecker for prospecting? You can use Make to automatically upload contacts to Livespace, such as those you have marked as interested. At the same time, you will also create an appropriate company profile and Deal in Livespace.
In the first step, log in to Make and click on Create a new scenario.
From the available applications, choose Woodpecker.
Now, select Watch Prospects Interested.
In the module that appears, click on Create a webhook.
In the next step, optionally, you can name your integration in the Webhook name field. To connect Woodpecker with Make, click Create a connection.
A window will appear where you need to enter the API Key, which you can find in Woodpecker. (If you're not sure how to generate an API Key, you can find the instructions in Woodpecker here).
After pasting the API Key, save the settings.
Right-click on the Woodpecker module and select Run this module only.
Now, mark a sample contact as interested in Woodpecker.
Return to Make. Above the Woodpecker module icon, a bubble should appear, indicating that data from Woodpecker has been retrieved.
Add another module by clicking the "+" button. Choose Livespace CRM, then select Create a Company.
In the form that appears, assign the appropriate variables to the fields. In the Name field, use the variable Prospect: Company, and in the Owner field, choose the person to whom deals should be assigned.
Now, add another module to create a contact in Livespace. This time, choose Livespace CRM and Create a Person.
A contact addition form will appear. Assign variables to the following fields:
Firstname – use the variable Prospect: First Name
Lastname – use the variable Prospect: Last Name
Company – use the variable Company ID (to link the contact to the company)
In the Emails section, add a field and choose the variable Prospect: Email
In the Phones section, add a field and choose the variable Prospect: Phone
Owner – select the same person as in the previous step.
In the final step, set up the Create a Deal module, which will create a deal in Livespace.
Now, simply assign the data to the appropriate fields:
Name – enter the name of the deal. You can use a variable (as shown in the example below)
Company – select Company ID to link the Deal to the company
Contact – select Contact ID to link the Deal to the contact
Process – choose the sales process
Source – you can enter something like "Woodpecker" (as shown in the example) to include it in Livespace's statistics
Closing date – the estimated closing time. In the example below, a closing time of 30 days from the creation of the Deal is set
Owner – the person responsible. This should be the same person chosen in the previous steps.
Now just click OK. The automation has been configured. To test it, click Run once. If you want to enable it, toggle the switch to On.
