Generate a report with the help of the AI Assistant

When generating your own reports, one of the most difficult tasks is translating business questions into appropriate filters. With the AI Assistant, building a chart will be easier and take less time.

How to use AI to create reports?

  1. Go to the Statistics tab and add a new dashboard.

  2. Click Generate a report.

If you wish to add a report to an existing dashboard, select Generate a report from the drop-down menu.

3. Enter your question in the text box and then click Generate report.

4. You can also use ready-made examples or return to recently used questions.

5. AI will match the question to the data model available in Livespace, select the appropriate indicators and filters, as well as the appropriate chart type and appearance.

6. In the text box on the right, you can chat with the AI Assistant to clarify your requirements in the context of the report.

7. Add the report to your dashboard.

8. You can edit the report, just like any other report added manually.

Who can use the AI assistant to generate reports?

The use of AI reports is limited for each user and depends on the selected Livespace package. Each user receives a monthly interaction package that they can use to generate or refine reports.

The account administrator can enable/disable access to reports and check the available limit in Account Settings -> Integrations and add-ons -> AI Analysis.
