Do you want a change in the status of a deal in a selected process to trigger the creation of a new deal?
Use Livespace automation to accomplish this quickly and easily!
Workflows in Livespace allow you to create cause-and-effect links between different activities – without the need for specialist knowledge. Thanks to this, you will organize and accelerate your sales activities.
Availability and number of automations depend on your Livespace package. You can find details of the limits in our price list.

What are the workflows?
Workflows allow you to link an event (trigger) with an activity (action). In practice, this means that when you perform action A in Livespace (for example, if you change the status of deal in a selected process), action B will also be performed automatically (for example, adding new deal).
How does the workflow work that adds a deal when another one’s status changes?
When the status of a deal in process A changes, the deal’s form will be copied and a new deal will be created in another process.
This is useful when, for example, you fill in important customer fields in the qualification process and want those fields to be populated in the sales process.
Where You can find workflows?
Only admins have access to workflows. To get started, go to your profile icon in the upper right corner and select Workflows. There, you'll see a list of existing workflows and the option to create new one.
