For security reasons, your account will be locked after 5 unsuccessful login attempts.
It is possible that an outdated password is saved in one of the browsers or mobile applications (Livespace or Call Tracker), which is why the account is automatically blocked. In this case, update the login information that is saved in memory and clear the browser cache. You can do this with the shortcut Ctrl + Shift + R or Command + Shift + Delete [Mac].
An account administrator can unlock access by editing the user in Account Settings -> Users.
