To enable the option to change visibility using list operations, you need to select at least two visibility options in the settings, even if only temporarily. To do this, go to Account Settings > Permissions > Visibility, and in the appropriate tab - Contacts or Deals - check the options you prefer:
Next, to change the visibility of contacts or deals in bulk:
Go to the appropriate tab:
Select the "List operations" option from the list header:
Select the records for which you want to make changes:
Finally, on the operations bar, click Change the visibility, select the appropriate option, and then click Apply.
