In Livespace, you have the option to set different visibility levels for companies, people, and deales. This allows you to decide who on your team can see specific data. You can read more about visibility settings in the following article: Visibility of Contacts and Deals
Sometimes, for example after changes in the team structure, there may be a need to change the visibility of selected objects in bulk. You can do this quickly using list operations in Livespace.
These actions need to be performed separately for each type of object (companies, people, deals).
Below is an example for companies.
List of steps:
Go to Account Settings → Permissions → Visibility and make sure that at least two visibility options are selected (only then will the bulk visibility change action be available in the list operations described in the next step).
Open the contacts list (in this case, companies).Clear filters (if the change should apply to all objects on the list), or set filters according to the conditions that must be met by the objects whose visibility you want to change.
Using list operations, select all companies from the list and change their visibility.
If additional visibility options were added in step 1, go back to Account Settings → Permissions → Visibility and restore the desired settings.
Now the objects have updated visibility :) Remember that these steps must be performed separately for each type of object.
