Want to be able to work with Livespace CRM directly on your phone or tablet? Download the Livespace mobile app from the App Store and use it on your iPhone or iPad. This article will tell you how to navigate the app on iOS and describe its basic features.

Login to the app
Logging in to the mobile app is similar to logging in to the app on other devices. In the appropriate fields, you must enter your email address, password and subdomain name.
When you’re done with typing in your login info, simply click on Log in to access your Livespace account.
Good to know:
A subdomain is your company’s name in Livespace. It consists of: a shortened name of your company, which you choose when you create an account, and the livespace.io ending. For example: awesomecorp.livespace.io
From the login menu, you can create a new account or use a password reminder if you forget your password.
Basic features
Regardless of which tab you are on, you will always be accompanied by a bar of basic options located at the bottom of the screen. These are: Dashboard, Add, Search, and Menu.
Dashboard – allows you to quickly return to the CRM home page, the Dashboard.
Add – a button that allows you to add a Task, Contact (Person or Company), or Deal from anywhere in the mobile app.
3. Search – allows for quick searches throughout the information in your CRM.
4. Menu – a list of tabs, which appears when you click on the Menu icon.
Dashboard
In the mobile app, you will find the Board on the Dashboard, which is the latest posts, emails, and other activities. In the iPad version, the Dashboard is expanded to include a list of upcoming tasks. From the Dashboard level, you can also add a note and attach a file.
Just like in the browser version of Livespace, you can use post filters to specify which information you want to see on your board.
Notifications
Notifications are available in the upper right corner of the screen. There you will find all types of notifications related to your activities in Livespace. The Mark as read option allows you to mark all unread messages as read - with one click!
Contacts in mobile app
In the Contacts tab you will find all added contacts divided into Companies and People.
Here, you can add new contacts and manage existing ones using the List Operations feature. Decide on the list view and how the data is displayed with the Filter and Sort options.
Calendar and Tasks
Calendar – displays the tasks with set deadlines. Choose the date you want and switch between day, 5-day, week, month and year view.
Tasks – here you will find a complete list of tasks. In addition, from this tab you can add new tasks and manage existing ones using the List Operations function. You can also decide on the list view and how to display tasks thanks to the Filter and Sort options.
Deals
In Deals you will find all Deals added by you and your colleagues to Livespace CRM. Here you can add new Deals and manage existing ones using functions such as: List Operations, Filter, Sort, View.
Statistics
Statistics contain current summaries of all your activities that you perform in CRM Livespace. Similar to the browser version, statistics are available: Open and Closed Deals, Funnel, Products, Contacts, Activity, Ranking and Target and Results card.
