Call Tracker for Livespace CRM app records incoming and outgoing calls made on your Android device. It allows to automatically enter every call to Livespace CRM – every call will be recorded and presented in the customer’s profile.

How to install?
In order to record calls, it is necessary to install the mobile app Livespace CRM first. You can download it from Google Play or AppGalery. If you have already used our mobile app before, it’s necessary to update it.
CallTracker is also available to download from Google Play and AppGalery.
After installing both apps, make a test call.
The first sync will be performed after about 2 hours, the next ones every 15 minutes.
Full history of contacts with clients
The complete history of contact with the client is now collected in the client’s profile. Apart from emails, notes or attached files, all phone calls are also collected.
Adding contacts and notes to Livespace
Call Tracker allows you to add new contacts to CRM. If you have spoken to a new customer or the customer has contacted you from a different phone number, you can add/update a contact in Livespace directly in the app.
Go into the call details in the Call Tracker, then select Create New Contact or Search Existing Contact. You can also add a note.
Statistics
Calls tracked by app are counted and presented in statistics, which can be found in Statistics-> Activities-> The number of calls made. The calls can be analyzed in terms of distribution over time, divided for each person or presented as a table or downloaded for further analysis.
