Import your Gmail contacts to Livespace CRM

In this article we describe how to import your contacts from Gmail into Livespace CRM

You can import your Gmail contacts to Livespace CRM. In order to do that, you will have to export contacts from Gmail, and import them into Livespace.

In this article we have described:

Export of contacts from Gmail

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.

  2. Go to Contacts tab where you’ll see a list of your Gmail contacts.

3. Check all of the contacts on this list, choose Export from the list (after pushing 3 dots button), and download your contacts in a .csv format

Import of contacts into Livespace

  1. Go to Account or profile settings.

  2. Choose Import from the left side menu.

  3. Click on Import new file button.

  4. You can import your .csv in the next window.

  5. You will be asked to match up the columns from your file to the fields in Livespace.

  6. Match the fields and click on Start import button.

  7. New contacts will be available on your lists.
