Livespace CRM allows you to both recover a forgotten password, and change the current password in your profile settings.

Recovering a forgotten password for Livespace CRM
To recover a forgotten Livespace password:
Go to the login page (you can get to the login page using the address assigned specifically to your company, i.e.CompanyName.livespace.io), and then use the Forgot your password? button under the login form.
Livespace will then ask for an e-mail address to which you'll be sent a link to set a new login password. It must be the same e-mail address as the one associated with your Livespace profile.
After entering your e-mail address, click Continue.
You will receive a confirmation that a message containing a link to change your password has been sent to your e-mail address.
Change of password
While logged into Livespace, you can change the password in Profile Settings. For this purpose:
Go to Profile Settings.
Choose Password from the left sidebar.
Enter your current password and then enter a new password in the next two fields. Remember that the passwords in the New Password and Repeat New Password fields must be identical.
Confirm the change of a password by clicking on Change your Password.
You will receive a confirmation after changing your password.
