Messages synchronised with Livespace will be assigned to the appropriate contacts and deals.
From this article, you will learn how to integrate your Outlook/Microsoft Exchange mailbox.
If you do not have permission to manage your mailbox in Livespace, please contact your instance administrator.
First Outlook / Exchange mailbox integration
1. Log in to Livespace. In the upper right corner of the application, select the reel icon, then go to Profile Settings* > Email Accounts.
*If you are an administrator and want to integrate mailboxes for your team, select Account Settings:
2. Connect your Outlook mailbox to Livespace using the Add Microsoft account button.
Follow the instructions on the screen.
3. After successful integration, the mailbox with the Outlook icon will be visible in the list.
4. The first synchronisation of messages after connecting your mailbox may take up to 24 hours, but usually takes several dozen minutes. To speed up synchronisation, select the message icon in the top right corner of Livespace, then select See all.
In the top right corner, click Get new messages.
