In Livespace, you can quickly search for companies, people, deals, tasks, and other objects in your database. You can do this using the main search engine or filtering.
How does the search engine in Livespace work?
If you want to search the entire database for an object by name or keyword, you can use the icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
2. Enter the name you are searching for in the new window that appears after clicking the icon.
The phrase entered may contain only part of the name or surname, without the need to use Polish characters.
3. Select the type of object you want to search for. Search results will be limited to only the area or areas you select.
During the next search, the areas chosen last time will be selected by default.
4. After going to the results page, you will see the entire list of searched objects. You can leave them in the default order or sort them by date of last activity- from the most recent.
By default, the results that best match the criteria will be displayed first. For example, if you enter John Smith in the search field, the first results will be properties that contain John Smith in their name. Next, companies and deals associated with John Smith will be displayed.
5. For contacts to which you have full access, their contact details, such as email address or phone number, will be displayed immediately in the list without having to go to the contact's profile.
6. The name of the current account manager will also appear with each contact and sales deal.
7. If you want to go to the profile of the searched object, simply click on its name or use the icon on the right.
8. If you are wondering where to configure a Livespace element, such as the sales process, search for it in the location below and go directly to your account settings. This feature is available to administrators only.
How to use filtering?
To search for a contact, deal, task, or space, you can also use the filters available above each list in the upper left corner.
If you are searching for a person or company, simply select the Name filter and enter the name of the person or company you are looking for.
In this case, the search is limited to one type of object, e.g., only companies or only persons. You can enter only a fragment of the name, but you must remember to use Polish characters if the name contains them.
