By paying for your Livespace account, you extend the validity of the positions to which users then are assigned. In practice, it means that the purchased positions for a given period are available regardless of whether and which users you assign to them.

Furthermore, as long as the position is valid, you can remove a user and assign a new one to it at any time without having to pay extra money.

How to add a seat?

To add a new seat, go to Account Settings -> Users -> Add seats.

A window will appear where you can increase the number of positions by using the + button.

Important: pay attention to the number of users and the number of seats. Remember that you are charged per seat, not per user!

A vacant seat is one to which you can assign a user. This is especially important in a situation where you want to restore a suspended user or add a new user directly.


How to delete a seat?

  • You can also delete a vacant seat by pressing Delete next to the selected seat under Account Settings -> Users.
