Cyclical (recurring) products in Livespace and the date of the product

In Livespace CRM, a product can be cyclical. This feature is especially useful if you regularly sell a product to a customer, provide a service at recurring intervals, or want to indicate on the deal's profile that the customer has a subscription.

Recurring products will be added to a completed deal at specified intervals. If you have set up a goals and results tab, products added in subsequent cycles will be counted towards the tab that is in effect at the time they are added.

Enabling cyclical (recurring) products

To enable recurring (repeating) products:

  1. As an administrator, go to Account Settings.

  2. From the left-hand menu, select Deals. In the General tab, check Cyclical (recurring) products.

Adding a recurring product

Once you have enabled the recurring products feature, you can start adding recurring products.

  1. Tap Add Products in the Products area on the right side of the Opportunity Profile.

When you turn this feature on, you can add cyclical (recurring) products. We discuss how to add products in detail here.

  1. Click on Add products in Products section in the bottom right corner of the Deal’s profile.

2. Find a product on the list.

3. Set the product to repeat by pressing the recurrence icon.

After setting the recurrence and entering the price, in the Total field you will see the amount for the entire selected period.

4. Save the product by clicking the Add button.

The product will be visible in Products section in the bottom right corner of the deal’s profile. In here you’ll see the number of repetitions of the product as well. Click on Show details, to see the prices for individual periods of time.

​Product date - what is it and how to add it

In Livespace, you can enable product date support, which you can use in any way you choose. For example, the product date may be the billing, shipping or delivery date of the product.

If you want to add a product to the deal and want it to appear in the sales statistics on a different date, e.g. in a month, then the product date is the solution for you.

Turning on the date of the product

  1. As an administrator, go to Account Settings.

  2. From the left-hand menu, select Deals. In the General tab, select Date (of the settlement or delivery).

Adding product with a date

When you turn this feature on, you’ll be able to add products with a date (you can read more about adding products here).

  1. Click on Add products in Products menu in the bottom right corner of the deal’s profile.

2. Find a product on the list.

3. Then, choose the date by clicking on a Calendar icon.

4. When you choose a date and fill in other fields, add a product.

The product will be visible in Products section in the bottom right corner of the deal’s profile. If you want to see more details, click on Show details.


You’ll see detailed parameters of added products, along with the date.
