The team mailbox

In Livespace, it is possible to connect an email box, which can then be shared with selected coworkers. By performing a simple configuration, you are able to connect an inbox, where messages for the entire team are located.

At this stage, make sure you know how to connect your e-mail account to Livespace. See this instruction for more information.

  1. When adding or editing a mailbox in Livespace, specify which group should access and manage the messages in that mailbox. Select the appropriate option from the visibility list On e-mail list.

2. Click Add.

3. Go to the section of all e-mails in the upper right corner of the screen.

4. Here you will find messages from all mailboxes, to which you have access, also to shared ones.
