The Dashboard is divided into 3 parts:

Statistics

Here you will find information about value of open deals, newest deals, evaluation card and a monthly sales summary (how many deals you have added, won, and lost).

The settings button (gear) at the top right of the statistics allows you to decide whether you want to see only your statistics or the statistics of the whole company.

Statistics also show data from the Targets and Results Card. Read more on this topic here.

Dashboard wall

The central place is occupied by the so-called Dashboard wall, which displays posts that are important to you, including activities, notes and emails. Using the Filter posts option, you can adjust the display of posts to your preferences.

You can add notes and files on the dashboard. The attachment icon will allow you to send a file. Remember that you can also add a file by dragging it from anywhere.

With the @ symbol, you can call any user to whom you want to send a note or a comment to a note.

Important note: the board shows posts from the last 10 days. If you want older information, use the date filters (for example, the Added Before filter with today's date).

You can read more about the board in this article:

Tasks

The right column of the Dashboard is where you can see your tasks (to do, in progress, overdue, without date and done). You can update your tasks to ‘done’ directly on this list, as well as hide the ones which are marked as ‘overdue’.

You can read more about the tasks here:

Assistant

Livespace Assistant is a special module that offers you suggestions for further actions. The Assistant's suggestions are based on data and activities - both yours and your team's.
