Maintaining the cleanliness of data in the CRM system has a direct impact on the conversion rate of salespeople. That's why we've created a field uniqueness function to help maintain such cleanliness.

The idea of unique field, is that data putted in inside that kind of field in some object (ie. company) cannot be putted inside in this field in another company.
Field uniqueness is available for the following field types:
Numeric data
Large text field
Text field
Creating unique field within Forms
To create a unique field, go to Account Settings. Then select Forms:
Here we have the ability to create additional fields for people, companies, deals, products, costs, spaces, addresses, tasks, users and marketing consents.
In order to add a unique field, it is necessary to enable this option as a feature of a new additional field or by editing an existing one. The unique field is available for fields of three types: text field, large text field and numeric data.
With this function, you will avoid the situation where there are two identical values in this type of field in the system.
