In Livespace, you can enable discount and margin options for products. This way, when adding a product, you will be able to add percentage-based discount and margin values that will be included in the product price.

How to activate discounts and margin in Livespace CRM?
To enable product discounts and margins:
As an administrator, go to Account Settings -> Deals.
Under General -> Product Settings, enable the discounts and/or margins option. In the discounts option, you can also set a notification when the discount assigned by the user exceeds a certain percentage threshold.

By default, all managers are informed about exceeding the maximum discount value via Livespace notifications.
If you use teams in Livespace, information about exceeding the maximum discount will be sent only to managers of the team to which the user giving the discount belongs (it will also be sent to all parent teams).
Adding a discount to a deal
After activating discounts in Livespace, it is possible to add incomes on deal profiles with a discount expressed as a percentage value.
Tap Add Products in the Products area on the right side of the Deal's Profile.
2. Search for a product in the list.
3. Enter the discount value expressed as a percentage. The total field will display the product price with the discount included.
4. After entering the discount and setting the other product properties, add the product.
The product and its value will appear in the Products area on the right side of the Deal Profile. If you want to view the product details, including the discount, tap Show Details.
You will see detailed parameters of the added products, including the discount.
Amount discounts
We provide volume discounts upon customer request. To enable them, contact the support team via chat or email [email protected].
Once you enable this functionality, you will be able to choose between a percentage and an amount of discount.
Adding a product with margin
Once the margin feature has been enabled by the administrator, you can add products with a margin calculated based on the percentages you enter when adding the product.
Tap Add Products in the Products area on the right side of the Deal's Profile.
2. Search for a product in the list.
3. Enter the margin value expressed as a percentage.
4. After entering the margin and setting the other product properties, add the product.
The product will appear in the Products area on the right side of the deal's profile. The margin will be visible in the tab next to it.
If you want to view the margin details or change it, click on Show Details in the Products tab. Then expand the menu with the arrow and click on Edit to view the product details, including the margin.

Both the discount and the margin can be checked in the Finance tab.
