Many customers wonder about choosing between the Automation and Growth packages. To help you resolve this, we have prepared an article where you will find the key differences between these two options

In this article, we have described:

Number of sale processes available

The Automation package allows you to set up 3 sales processes. This is sufficient for many companies, enabling the planning of 3 different paths for handling a sales opportunity. However, if you conduct highly individualized actions or frequently change the way you sell your product and don't want to lose previously prepared paths, it's worth noting that the Growth package offers up to 20 sales processes.

Measuring advanced sales goals

Setting and measuring sales goals is crucial from a sales manager's perspective. Livespace allows you to measure performance in various ways, such as by the number of tasks completed. However, if it's essential for you to measure the number of sales of a particular product, you should choose the Growth package, which enables you to create a goal and result card focused on the number of units sold of that product.

Assigning multiple Owners to Deal

In the Automation package, you can assign only one caretaker responsible for contacting the client. If you need multiple people to be responsible for contacting a particular client, the Growth package offers the possibility to assign multiple caretakers to a contact or sales opportunity.

Create your own user roles

The Automation package offers 3 standard roles—administrator, manager, and user. However, if you need to add more roles, you should choose the Growth package, which allows you to add five additional roles, each with its own settings.

Advanced permission settings

In the Automation package, each user has one role. However, if your company has situations where one person performs multiple functions within a team, the Growth package provides a solution, offering the ability to assign multiple functions within a team.

You can find more information about advanced access permissions in this article.

Team tasks

In the Automation package, tasks can be assigned to one person who will be responsible for them. The Growth package allows you to add tasks that can be assigned to an entire team, enabling the planning of activities to be carried out by a group of users.

Number of possible connected email inboxes

The Automation package allows you to connect 2 email inboxes to each user account. This enables one employee to manage multiple inboxes. However, if a user needs to work with more inboxes, the Growth package provides a solution by allowing up to 5 inboxes to be connected to a single user.

Online consultations

The Automation package offers technical support via chat and email. These are convenient and quick ways to get help. However, if you need more, the Growth package provides one free consultation per month with a Customer Success Manager (for a year).
