After connecting your email inbox to CRM Livespace, you gain the ability to correspond with customers without having to use external programs.

Sending email
Go to the profile of a Person, Company, or Deal.
On the contact's dashboard, open the Send Email tab.
Fill in the subject and message text.
Send the message using the Send Email button.
Additional email form options
To make your message more personalized, you can use variables.
If you often send messages with the same content, use email templates (read more about this here).
Before sending, you can check a preview of the message you have prepared.
You can tag each message to group or filter it appropriately.
You can also set the visibility of messages to make them available only to you, or to you and your managers.
Scheduling emails
If you want to send the message later, use the envelope icon with a clock next to the Send Email button to schedule the message to be sent later.
Email notifications
Livespace automatically shows a notification when the message is opened by the recipient. Additionally, you can receive a notification when there is no response - you decide when.
Replying to emails
Another way to facilitate correspondence with a customer is to send an e-mail as a reply to the recipient.
