Proper data transfer is essential in the process of changing CRM applications. To make it easier, we have prepared instructions that will help you easily transfer data from Zoho CRM to Livespace.
Please note that not all names match in both solutions, below you will find the naming in Zoho and their equivalents in Livespace.

Remember that not all fields need to have their equivalent in Livespace. You can always create additional form fields that will allow for the file to be mapped correctly. You can find instructions for creating additional fields here.

Exporting data from Zoho CRM
Log in to your account in the app.
Go to Settings by clicking the appropriate icon, which is located in the upper right corner.
3. In the Data Administration section, select Export. Remember that in Zoho contacts are people and accounts are companies.
4. Click the Start an Export button.
5. Decide what data to export. Zoho allows you to export only one module at a time, the data will be generated as a .CSV file. Remember that not all modules can be supported by Livespace. After selecting, click the Export button.
6. Once the export is complete, download the file using the Download button.
Important information!
The product form in Zoho CRM is very extensive. You will find the appropriate field mapping for products in the table.

Importing data to Livespace
Go to Profile Settings or Account Settings.
From the left menu, select Import and Export -> Import New File.
3. Depending on what data you are importing, go to the appropriate tab (Persons and companies/Companies only/Deals). Then add the file you want to import.
4. After adding the file, all fields must be mapped correctly. The data from the file must match the fields in the forms in Livespace.
5. You can track the import progress in your Account Settings and you will receive a notification once it's complete.
Good to know
Before importing data, check that all the fields you want to use are in Livespace. If you need additional fields, you can add them by going to Account Settings -> Forms. An article with instructions on adding fields can be found here.
If you import companies first and then want to assign contact persons to them, remember to add a column with the company name to the persons file. The same should be done in the case of deals and their assignment to companies and/or people.
Additionally, to improve the quality of the contact database, it is worth searching for duplicates and combining them after transferring them to Livespace. Step-by-step instructions on how to do this can be found here.
